It was regular pay but benefits were not taken out
no reason to charge for benefits if there aren't any.

Incorrect. A bankruptcy filing is notified to the SEC after the bankruptcy filing itself.

Share with students too. I can say that final grades have been processed so anyone set to graduate, will. The degree itself is still accredited, and as a director I never saw any issue with our degrees with any employers. Good luck all.
The pay that is processing into my acct already includes 2 extra days (Mon/Tues) but I cannot find a paystub on ADP for it to verify.
In our call yesterday, directors were advised this is a "contingency" pay in case something bad happens. They advised we check our emails this weekend, and a letter was going out to students. Many people are missing OT pay.
It might not be the final pay. We still have our two paid holidays two look forward to. We have to wait and see.
