ITT's SVP, Chief Compliance and Risk Officer "actively job searching"

Molly Crawford posted on Facebook less than an hour ago that her husband, Shawn J. Crawford, is looking for a new job in the Indianapolis area and is "NOT a part of the management team that is under investigation."

Shawn J. Crawford, currently SVP, Chief Compliance and Risk Officer, also served as our Chief Compliance Officer since August 2014. Prior, he served as Vice President, Regulatory Affairs and Compliance from March 2014 through July 2014 and our Vice President, Regulatory Affairs from March 2009 until February 2014.

"Look how Hilary stood by her man"

from 1992 see below

Kroft: I think most Americans would agree that it's very admirable that you've stayed together – that you've worked your problems out and that you've seemed to reach some sort of understanding and arrangement.

Bill Clinton: Wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute. You're looking at two people who love each other. This is not an arrangement or an understanding. This is a marriage. That's a very different thing.

Hillary Clinton: You know, I'm not sitting here – some little woman standing by my man like Tammy Wynette. I'm sitting here because I love him, and I respect him, and I honor what he's been through and what we've been through together. And you know, if that's not enough for people, then heck, don't vote for him.

Not fake. Photos on facebook definitely look like same guy as on LinkedIn. This guy has been working for ITT-Tech for over a decade, moving up the ladder. He is one of the top dozen managers!

All we are trying to do here is try to figure what the company is up to! And this is valid piece of information!

OP here -

Typo in original message, below is correct. It is Amy Crawford, but the post is not fake. I was surprised to see the post as well when I was searching Facebook for anything on the pending situation. It is also still live.

I doubt she realizes that her privacy settings make her posts publicly searchable - many people don't.

It may be a sensitive situation, but not everyone here that presents any information is "out to get you"

If you click on the Facebook link the ladies name is Amy not Molly and her page seems fake. Sure wish people would stop putting fake and false information on here. We are dealing with people's lives and this isn't a joke!

Wow. A lot of hidden info in this facebook post. Maybe a window into Carmel offices today.

If you think about it, here is a person who brags about his senior level job at ITT-Tech on LinkedIn "Experienced attorney and executive with over 20 years in corporate regulatory, compliance and audit roles."

And suddenly his closest relative is saying he is NOT a part of THAT management team. Something is going on that she wants him to seriously distance himself from! Why else would his main job qualification be "he didn't do it!"

If you believe in your job, and you believe in your company, and you are helping them through a tough time of so-called "unproven allegations," this kind of facebook post would be the last thing you would do!

And this insider is calling ITT-Tech a "dying education sector." Ouch. What more do you need?

Great sleuthing! This is a gem! I think this even has to get an SEC filing! He is right there on the ittesi.com website under Corporate Governance, Managers and Directors. There are less than 2 dozen names, with Modany at the top. How can he not be part of management team under investigation?

Isn't this one of the guys who fed Nicole Elam her now famous line "they haven't proven anything!"

He should simply call or schedule an appointment with the career services dept at the nearest campus--they should be just as willing to assist him as they would any ITT student. With all of career service's employer favorites, and careers wheels spinning around, something good should happen.

This is funnier than the new ITT Tech wikipedia entry! Loyal wife says "he didn't do it!"

From hubbie's LinkedIn:

Experienced attorney and executive with over 20 years in corporate regulatory, compliance and audit roles of increasing complexity and responsibility. Demonstrated track record of achievement, including responsibility for overseeing and managing corporate business practices, compliance program, internal audit and risk management functions.
