Any idea if HQ will honor reimbursements for expenses related to orientation, graduation, supplies, etc? Anyone else waiting on one?

If you advance any money for the campus in the situation, you will not get reimbursed and would be considered a unsecured creditor when ITT eventually files BK ,
Did you really just refer to ITT "HQ" and "honor" in the same sentence?!?
No. File a claim with the BK court.
If it is a small amount your campus may have a cash drawer for these things (say less then $50)---ours did when I was there. No waiting. Otherwise "the check is in the mail" probably applies.
