Unfortunately, nobody cares. No loyalties. The Millennials will provide massive pay back for these big companies. Not in terms of lower wages and longer hours for Millennials. The Millennials have been mentored by GenX. Who do you think is telling them "Do not be loyal", "Do not to be a corporate slave", and always negotiate the best deal for yourself." ???? I have told them to use any and all leverage they have against the corporate machine. Move whenever they can and get more money whenever they can. In fact, I instructed all of my younger coworkers to be loyal to family, friends and coworkers. You may want them or need them in your next role! If needed bend the rules to your favor. I have told them to think about themselves first (it is easy for them). Management only has one goal, to amass personal wealth at anyone's expense. So do the same at their expense. Fudge expenses, Lie, take every day off you are entitled to take. When corporate turnover rates hit the roof and productivity falls through the floor, they'll go under or change. The economy will change again. It always does. New products, New markets... Happens all the time. I am not the only GenX'er that has mentored in this way. Glad I did.
