Not really the evolution of mobility, especially social mobility. Place is doomed. Corporate mobbing more important than working. Lot of people on power trips, for now. Sad really. Chickens always come home to roost though. I hope all the critical processes are being carried out as the regulatory requirements require, as the services of inspection are not required. Due to the number of non conformances put on the NCMS system it is easier to make educated & experienced employees redundant, rather than to fix processes. Personally in my opinion only, i would stick with Boeing or Airbus as bombardier can not fulfill any of the empty promises they make to their customers. Management like to talk the talk, push the envelop, focus on the paper on all of the walls and make sure all is green, ensure all subordinates are are carrying out their duties with a sense of urgency, while making sure that they can maintain high scores on candy crush. never mind if there are any problems reported, workers endure managements unconscious bias that the employee is a trouble maker, for example bombardier don't need swl, safe working load limits on autoclave loading trolleys where tons of tools are far from safe on the second deck, tooling swaying badly when loading not to mention autoclave manuals for procedural safety regarding pressure vessels, Newtownabbey for example. Etc, ect, ect. Don't get me started on the supposed lab tests required for compliance. More concerns available on request.
