So who is the victim of Sean's management style?

Agree it's the "death spiral"! Anyone that believes CAG will survive is A) Newby or B) Delusional. As a former 20+ year employee that worked there when CAG was "relevant", be very careful of the kool-aid they're serving. The numbers appear to suggest "all is well" and "you're making money" but it's not the whole story. Remember, you were warned!
More layoffs means the death spiral has begun. Contrary to one poster we should give some respect to "these people". Really? The only people making anything out of this mess is Sean and his group of crapweasles.
Sounds like more layoffs happened in Omaha this week. It must be on the download cause the OWH isn't reporting on it.
Gratitude? Really? After they have wasted money and opportunity left and right just to turn around and put people out of a job at the drop of a hat?
I can tell you drank the kool-aid.
The fact is Sean dropped a bomb on what once was a great place to work. Hence Seanagra Brands should be the new name.
How about the fact that the company is now finally making money and needed to make the changes that it did to survive? They have 1,200 people in Omaha which makes them still a top employer. See Cabalas and now West. Same situation would have been for ConAgra. How about treating these people with a little respect and gratitude? Enough already. Move on!
The next company Seanagra buys.
We are already gone
