Has there been any word on who is, or may be, acquiring the assets that are up for divestiture?

I just read on Wall Street Journal that SOTX is going to Sanchez!?! Wth?
There are a ton of offices in those buildings at 1207... What in the world will they do with them if they are sending everyone out to the regional offices, lease them out?
