Any ideas of numbers of people that will be effected by this program? has it been announced? will it be across all divisions?

Looks like it'sh--ting expats hard no matter what religion (I know some moslems that were hit, some who have been there for years). Looks like you have some beef with them, instead of manning up. Some advice to those who haven't been hit yet, dust off that resume and practice interviewing and try remarketing yourself. The US oil sector is faring no better stateside.
It could be around 500 now. Interestingly enough, expat non-muslim, and getting rid of people on older pension plan who are about to be vested.
I was told to expect 300 expat layoffs by EOY 2016.
It's started but it was never announced, they just randomly began giving people 60 days to leave the kingdom. Mostly western expats.
