Altice offering or scamming to get rid of older employees the 70 year rule they are sweetening the pot 3 weeks for every year of service they are also telling you once you sign the initial form that you must submit by Dec 1 means you are gone from the company then they will give you a separation date at their discretion of course and that if you do not agree with the agreement you will receive nothing and you are separated from the company they are also sending this to workers that are out on approved leave but their wording is a little different in which if you willing to participate it is in their discretion to approve you or not so essentially you are in limbo for as long as they like and if you don't agree your out so be careful another way of tricking you to leave and they are taxing it as supplementary income 40% tax

It is frightening to see people signing these agreements with no clarifications on so many issues. I heard cobra is 1800 a family. Do the math

This severance package will be offered across the board, accept for the Brooklyn Techs. They are protected by the Union.
They are looking at offering severance pay to those with combined age and years totaling 70 or more. They realize that they have a lot of employees whom fall into this criteria. It's still in the baby stage as they gather their information. So if you fall into this plan, be prepared to see this taking place soon.
Would this apply to those on intermittent leaves ?
Anyone know if the separation package is going to be offered to the sales department at Bronx/ Jersey?
