Since the company switched to being private, the Executive Management has had to realign their core values. So, now it appears that their primary goal is to generate a healthy cash flow for the equity investors - this is taking place the expense of the Sungard AS' business.
Now, it's obvious that our morale has been falling for several years now (2014, 2015, 2016) - this is largely due to the last two major RIFs (we had several layoffs already).
