I am working at Cognizant, Chennai.
I just want To convey my personal experience about appraisal.
On my first year, I got first bucket and then second year second bucket since I got promotion on that year and my manger asked to my lead that how would you give everything to Him on this year as he already got promotion since cognizant promotes to associate from Pa on every quarterly but the off shore team discussion about my rating they put first for me and then it changed to second on my manger review.
I informed to HR about this but they are not ready to take it ahead.
