It's fading. When something is fading and is going down, people complain. The more people complain, the more people leave. It's a Kate Spade's viscous cycle.

All VP were let go this past summer. and then more people were laid off anyone from 20 years to 6 months were let go since they merged with Coach. when they finally merge with Coach next year to do everything the Coach way, more layoffs will come. there will be duplication of services.
