Approximately 220 IT staff are being laid off immediately after making a subtle announcement a staff reduction of 5 percent. Rumor is this has to do with transferring jobs to Poland. In any case, 220 is probably most of the US based IT.

220 people were not laid off from IT and moved to Poland. Whilst there has been cost synergies the amount of people listed is arbitrary and untrue.
any idea what locations?
I just heard of two others who were in finance positions plus a relatively senior manager were laid off today.
