Managers think that they and only they have personal life. Worst people treatment, especially in Coimbatore. Treated like slaves and very disappointing when productive resources are treated like this. Is there someone to help such ppl out ? Unfortunately, HR does not seem to be helpful to Associates who are below M level.

Yes - it's not only at Coimbatore. It's the same everywhere. WORTH resources are not encouraged and the HR and higher management's comes inline.HR doesn't accept the words of resource.
Good people leave good organisation only because of managers..
My manager is so passive agressive it's unbelievable... She's like 'all is good but nobody listens to me - poor me' and then she goes and PIPs you... I was able to deflect this a few times but there is really no fun in coming to work when you know that you'll have a nutcase waiting next to your cube with another subtle rant
