What did the letter confirm? That you were staying or going? This must be a Sandisk way of doing things. WDC just laid you off.
I received my confirmation letter - nothing much changed
What is that confirmation letter about? Confirming you are fired or you can stay?
If that is true about HR, that is unprofessional conduct.
HR said there was a small delay for sending out the confirmation letters.
