Let me tell yall how wack the lack of leadership and real HR there is here at EUO. "Senior leaders" of both SF and CS come n go as they please! We can all tell when its 3 or 4 PM because KP is runnin 4 tha door! AB in CS comes & goes as he pleases & then he wonders why 4 of us left. HR is a joke, no one feels safe goin 2 them because they don't act professional. And then u got DOAs trollin this board threatening employees and posting fake posts - yeah, im callin you out JW and GK. Thank God I'm gone -- I pray 4 the rest of yall.

DL was the last Director with any integrity. He was laid off while out on sick leave with a heart condition. Talk about cold
Regardless if Everest was formerly CCI and now ZEG, it's pretty much irrelevant. Whether if it was for-profit and now non-profit, students are still being taken advantage of and if you're not management you're just another peon, therefore all you can do is follow instructions and not say a word because you're too scared to make a comment due to the fear of losing your job. Although you know that HR are terminating employees for misconduct without a solid proof or evidence you continue to look down and hoping you still have a job the following day. All the leadership are morons but act like they know what they're doing. Isn't that ironic! Leadership continuously advise everyone that everything is alright but you have your campus have to be self-sufficient. Hmm.... what does that mean if you're still an ACICS school, ACCSC cannot give you accreditation because you're on financial hold and enrollments are not coming in. Great job ZEG and its loyal employees!
Lucky to still have a job and all you do is whine. If you can't do your job without a manager present at all times then you should be flipping burgers at McDonalds.
As leadership their job is to set an example for the rest of us. When leadership is constantly coming in late AND constantly leaving early , but requests that we stay late because we have students holding that causes a problem. In one department especially, the job is NOT getting done! Yet we all have to smile and just ignore the issues cause that's "business needs"!
Unless the campus is left continually with NO MANAGEMENT!!!
A normal work day is 9:00 - 5:00, but salaried employees can often tweek that schedule some. Unless someone comes in at 10 or 11 am, why would a manager leaving at 3 or 4 pm put your panties in a wad? If they come in late AND leave early, and aren't doing their jobs, I'd get why that's a problem (but that wasn't implied anywhere above). But if someone who is salaried comes in earlier to leave earlier and gets their job done, what difference does it make?
