Long time successful President retired early 2016. He was replaced by young a young Scot with sales background. He only lasted 90 days on the job. No clue what prompted the firing other than an email stating he was no longer with the company. Now the President of CAPS is running the XL division again.

What is not in disarray. From top all the way down. This ship is on its head. What's surprising is how out of touch management is from reality
Lord help that group then, KS is clueless and a crony that got to the top by who he knows not what he knows. That old Mission management group have always been out of their league.
