So this is all very US-centred (or ... US-centered ...!), but what do people have to say about the bases in Scotland? I imagine at least some people from Scotland are lurking here and saying nothing.
The whole office in Glasgow (or Bellshill - depends on your definition of where Glasgow is...) closes at the end of October. Some (but not all) will transfer to Dunfermline.
We also have no idea what will happen to Aberdeen Wellington Circle once we merge with Technip. Sure, the factory space may well have to remain but if the office is declared unused, there are possible rebates on local taxes (aka 'rates') to be realised, so perhaps all the office staff may well relocate to Technip's office space...
I already heard some people in Dunfermline were told today they're going. But as usual no concrete information.
