WARN notices are posted in arrears. Currently through October 10th, and as stated only layoffs in one location of 50+ people for California WARN, or 100 people for Federal WARN.

In CA, any layoff > 50
WARN act only applies to site closure or mass layoffs, more than 33%.

I guess so...the latest news is that there may be no layoffs atleast for STB in 2016
