Apparently there were four policies that ITTESI had for their executives in case they were sued. The policy companies are listed in the latest filing from the bankruptcy trustee.
You will get ZERO.
I won a verdict against the company via an employment wrongful termination case. Now I need to find out if the company has an insurance policy so I can request a payment without dealing with the bankrupcy court. Thanks.
Executives had a policy that would cover them in case they were included in lawsuits. No clue what agency provided that coverage though.
