While the help is appreciated, I thought she should be at copy center for the most of her scheduled shifts. If i was working at cpc and saw my supervisor constantly away from it, id be pissed and feel she didnt give a crap about cpc. Also shes always out smoking and does everything possible to get out of cpc and says how much she hates people. Why did you take the job? Like why should the mod have to call her to help at cpc, shouldnt she be manaing it herself? Any input on how the PMS supe acts at your store would be appreciated

PMS Sup is no longer supposed to do production. Strictly should be at the counter taking in orders and interacting with customers.
PMS sup should be in the copy center and managing production priorities, quality control on orders and coaching associates. 99% of copy centers are to busy for a sup not to be present.
