They want to get 80 people put, but I heard they got only about 30 in September, despite that bonus they offered to "early adopters" of VSPs. Can anyone confirm? Anyone got any official numbers?

Heard about the same number and 20 to 30 of the ISP took the package
I heared they got minimum 70, as the "hurry up take the cash" mail was sent out to everybody who got offered an VSP.
