But but but, they can't attract top engineers without the state of the art tran ny restrooms......
@JFi3ud4-hkq " physics are the same in Korea and Taiwan as it is in Hillsboro" and you are correct being non diverse has some significant advantages as it is now becoming mor apparent, LOL.
TSMC = Apple
Apple is funding their process development. They can't afford a failure at TSMC. Intel is competing with Apple. I doubt the dumbfcuks at Intel even realize this.
But TSMC does not have the vibrant diversity of INTC, how can that be possible?
BK has arrogantly told Intel employees Intel is no ATM when it comes to SERP and ESP contributions as the company makes billions in profit and lays off longtime employees to protect executives money and career, but the concessions he gives Apple is totally egregiousl, LOL
@JFi3ud4-apc look at the boards and executives of Samsung and TSMC and youlll quickly figured out between school and experience why Intel lists its way quickly after Andy G. And BTW have a PHD and studied and understood things at a level BK has no clue, believe it or not it matters 😉
Says the San Jose State BSer, LOL
TSMC announced that 7nm is ahead of schedule and will start risk production in Q1 2017 meaning HVM will be Q4 2017 (just in time for the iPad A11x SoC). TSMC 7nm will use the same fabs as 10nm so the ramp will be predictably fast. This leaves TSMC again unopposed at 7nm for 1-2 years so congratulations to the hardworking people of TSMC.
Nah. Blah. Who will believe in these lies, in these fogs and smokin' mirrors?! We, INTEL, we are ahead of the competition in manufacturing for 4 years (we are working on 5G, as well as on 5nm IV technology). All these are just pathetic attempts to bash general population from INTEL and drive falsely them toward ARM. Our drone, MICA bracelet, IOTG and QUARK strategies will beat these losers TSMC to Da Ground. Believe me Inside and Outside. Blindside.
