C-Level folks are public figures, hence the permission to discuss - I am sure if I was was to start gossiping about you here you would not find it cool - BK and Renee, that's a different story, there is 1000s of articles on both of them all over the web

He was saying only those in the top 15% band would get raises, not how much they'd be.
what do you mean by raise percent for 2016? Focal for 2016 is long gone. If you are actually an Intel employee, you know focal budgets for next year (2017) increases are not available yet. And that NO ONE has ever gotten 10 percent w/o grade change. Troll.
We will pay more for the best and less for the rest.

I heard 10% across the board minimum and highest EB factor in Intel history.
Remember Intel isn't an ATM BK had said. Just needs to be slightly above market to keep people, and after all everyone still there will be thankful they still have a job. Expect it to be well below average and just enough to keep people here.
