Here are the top 7 most diverse and inclusive companies in the US

Notice who's missing?

Microsoft made it without any ridiculous URM policies.

Intel is just out of touch with the world.

Intel change it's focus to hiring men hating women over talent will be a mistake they will being paying for throughout the next decade. BK was the mistake in this equation.

In US women led frames are returning much ER higher returns to share holders. Also KS has done much better after BallmeR left and a new sane CEO running the place who took the Nokia hit

@1hun is correct. I remember back when diversity was sold as a means to a better end. Now they've thrown that out, since everybody knows it's false, and just says "be diverse or else".

I think the end of PSO's reign and all of BK's really started our downturn. However, it took a while for the financials to catch up. If anything seriously bad happens, it'll coincide with the diversity initiative and the firing of the old experienced people. I wonder if Intel will be an anti-symbol of diversity?

Generational issue. As older people leave, who got the company in this mess, it will get better

BK needs to worry less about diversity and chasing below average skilled URM to hit some useless indicator and focus more on figuring out how to ignite growth by identifying them before everyone else. Any state school graduate can jump on the next hot bandwagon like Intel did after the fact and lose billions like they did in phones and tablets!
