It seems like BD has decided to offshore application support and announcement might happen next week. Not sure how jobs will be impacted but it is rumored about 2/3.

Kick grass on that sh-- and move on. BD is no longer BD. Like a zombie in The Walking Dead. Looks like someone you respected, knew, and loved, but now.... nope.

Worst decision by BD. They didn't look at the quality of people. Capgemini folks are incapable and they tend to fake anything for the sake of billing. BD will realize the impact for the blunder decision after few years, by that time no quality people will be nearby. Yes BD lost its sole. I can easily get a job outside. But BD stucks with Capgemini and HCL.
They outsource jobs to Cape Gemini. Rich was very sincere, he almost cried. Probably at the bonus he's looking at getting.
So 11am today will be the other shoe dropping. When Pierle was brought in we all knew he was the hatchet man, him and his team of enforcers. Service has plummeted over the past year and no one in management cares or I suppose when they get there bonus on the backs of the workers they really don't care. So let's see the post meeting details.
Correction! BD lost it soul.
Most of us will be in the same sinking boat after today. IT is an outsourced sector now and no one wants to stop it because there is too much money in it for the corporation and politicians thru lobbyists. BD sold out and lost its sole a long time ago.
