The fear of the unknown is truly taking a toll on Monsanto employees! People are constantly waiting for the ax to fall.

More cuts around the corner and again soo much knowledge walks out the door!

When you watch fixtures and furniture exit the company, and yes I'm talking about employees, it's time to bale. It stood on it's own for several years as a seed company (although it liked to elevate itself to being a research company), the party is over.
