Mary has taken an $11 stock from its "peak" 2 years ago and has done her best to get it to $2 dollars and sinking fast. no leadership only playing the boss all the while syphoning off a whale of a compensation package which is 4x the company profit. so this is what is meant by performance based compensation. the Board is responsible for the selection and hiring and eventual promotion to president. SHAME SHAME.... THE ONLY CHANGE IS WE CONTINUE TO BAIL FASTER TO KEEP THE BOAT FROM SINKING. fortunately, we only see a few great whites in the water...
