Does anyone know if we will be paying more for our benefits next year?

Of course we will pay more for our benefits. They are going up everywhere else.
The next layoff whenever it happens; and it will definitely happen will be significantly, significantly larger. This next time it will be a company wide game changer. I hate to say it but be ready as best as you can because eventually another layoff is coming. Stateside workforce reduction is a large part of their plan. Temporary employees at a lower rate and no benefits is a easy way for Micron to save money so they can waste it in other areas.
