appraisal is to prepare basis for firing people, no just for hiken prromotion
bas aur 1-2 saal chalegi ye company... phir kya appraisal aur kya increment!!!
if u are fedexs worker the DD jaare decides rating onsite assignment and hikes for all resorces , he does nt like brahmin(even mrathi brahmin), south indias, and north indians. His word is law in fedecx group.
All manager/lead DM dummy, if anyone dare to disagree wth jaare on any rating, that person will be out of fedecs in 3 months and will prevented by pdac from getting project.
So keep licking a_ _ of jare if u are working in fedex, and give parties to leads and manager so that they keep singing good things about u in front jaari.
out of fedecs means out of synntel this is warning every one gets from jaare babu
there is no policy or guideline. All veteran syntel managers dont know basic goal setting , they are clueless about performance appraisal feedback. Thumb rule is if u are good u will not be rewarded.
90% of feedback will be two words - Ok, noted .'
If u are tamil u will get good ratings, hikes trainings and projects in chennai.
In Pune being marathi or gujrati will help provided u are the same vertical as the dominant regional group.
