Sell, sell, sell...

Real scary post, really spooky
It's not true. If you are in this plan the stock hasn't been bought yet. I challenge the person who put this lousy post up to show your sources. This is just a scare tactic for employees already on edge.
Are you saying that folks who are enrolled will not be able to purchase anymore? We have only been able to contribute once thus far. Only one pay period has actually taken funds out.
I've got some Weatherford stock I can sell at the press of a button on my computer. Where's the problem selling? I'm a diehard optimist. It's likely this company will fold and I'll lose my small investment, but what the hey. No risk, no reward.
Trying to sell my WFT shares, guess what.....you try !!
Over subscription! LOLOLOLOL Thank you so much for the much needed comic relief! Weatherford BENEFITS from each subscriber (the more, the better!) so there is no such thing as over enrollment. Nevertheless, here is my conversation with a benefits rep from just a few minutes ago:
You: My name is __. I am a Weatherford employee
You: I just heard that the new Employee Stock Purchase Plan has been suspended effective immediately. Is this true?
Lauren: Hello __. I can check to see if that has been communicated to us from your employer. Once moment as I check.
You: Thank you
Lauren: Of course.
Lauren: I just reviewed the plan details. As of right not, there is nothing indicating the information that you have heard is true.
Now, given the trouble Weatherford is in I am not 100% sure about this. She did say 'as of right now' and front line employees are usually the last to know. I will keep researching. Meanwhile, quit scaring people.
Suspended due to over subscription by WFT employees. If you didn't buy you have missed out big time.
