Kedzierski is still pushing salary reductions hard on the re-sale side (expect another cut) and promising a bogus SIP. Expect more cuts. My group is already understaffed and was cut by another 3 headcount. Already talked with a customer for a statewide project regarding the lack of Motorola support who was pissed and is pushing his complaint to upper management. Watching this company die because upper management wants their bonus is really sad. Worst of all, Harris now has a fantastic opportunity to grab market share. Upset customers will not be inclined to stay with MSI.
