Thread regarding CSC layoffs

I think before either merges there should be a huge external audit within both companies.

Does anyone agree that before you merge you should have a very thorough audit including your own auditors before you merge that includes all entities within the company and their balance sheet before you merge? Maybe it doesn't matter if journal vouchers are made backwards.

What does an audit has to do with layoff news? Audit will just cost the companies more money and cause more layoff's

The SEC (US Securities and Exchange Commission) will require a thorough audit before any merger is approved because both CSC and HPE are US-based publicly traded companies. This is a government regulatory requirement.
