If you are HPE, and part of the merger with CSC, run if you can. I despise the company I work for. CSC is a horrible company to work for. I only stay because of the people I work with.

The techs I knew that got laid off got no severance, these were employees not contractors.
People who were let go recently were given two weeks severance. That will be drastically different from what HPE'ers are used to.
Yes CSC offers a severance, but for US folks it's pretty weak.
And the severance packages are pretty bad from what I hear. The only people who do well in this company are the ones who report directly to the CEO - everyone else is canon fodder.
CSC does offer severance packages, yea to managers but not technical people.

401K matching reduction, and BIG changes in the health insurance (higher employee contribution & deductibles all over). That's not even counting the elimination or reduction on some perks that were optional, but nice to have...
