Being this is Dave's last day I wanted to bid him a big farewell. By Dave, now get the hell out of here and go destroy a few thousand other lives.

He doesn't even have a heart. That showed in April 2015 when the big RIF happened. Even Massamino had a bigger heart when it was necessary to reduce employees. It was like he picked names with a dart board.
The guy has a heart of gold and truly got involved with Everest because he wanted to make a positive difference. ECMC didn't have to purchase a failing school but he felt that the right management..and the right caring.. could turn things around. Instead, I am sure ECMC is hemorrhaging money with a school still with leadership that is lacking. It is difficult if not impossible for anyone to turn the ship so quickly and my personal feeling is that Dave was let go because things haven't been going well. But believe me when I say the man wanted to do great things with the school and I am not even sure it that is/was possible.
