Seems like 80's. Have to wonder if oil will ever come back.

The industry has changed. It will not come back to the way it was. Fracking has created competition for Arabs and they know it. Opex is gone along with the high prices.
Just like the 80's went down fast and probably won't come back for a long while. Only way it's ever coming back is if the Middle East creates a shortage. North American technology just got too good at extracting it. Good for consumer. Not so good for suppliers.
