Nothing about current students. The language is interesting:
"This order is based on an immediate danger to the public health, safety, and welfare.
Specifically, the Bureau has determined that:
• As set forth in the attached Declaration of Yvette Johnson, there is a substantial failure by the Institution to meet institutional minimum operating standards related to financial resources and
accreditation standards as required by the California Private Postsecondary Education Act of 2009 and the California Code of Regulations, Title 5, section 71745.
This circumstance requires immediate action by the Bureau to protect students, prevent misrepresentations to the public, and prevent the loss of public funds or monies paid by
students. "
Dated August 26, "cease enrollment of any NEW students in all programs."
Nothing about shutting down enrollment for current students?
