The feds are sort of doing what you purposed. The SEC is suing Modany and Fitzpatrick for fraud. Any money recovered would go to stockholders not students. The SEC is a civil case. Department of Justice puts criminals in prison. Still time for Kevin to star in a future episode of American Greed on CNBC.
