Are there any RIFS happening in on line. I know they do it sneaky by just not assigning classes and only buddies of the AP's get the few classes there are. Anything happening?

You can not RIF wyotechs they wouldnt have enough people to cover all the teachers that only work 2 hours a day.
The RIFS are coming within the next 30 days. It will affect more than just online.
