They supposedly had a nationwide open house last week---I wonder how that went & whether any of those enrollees will attend.
Typically, a rep will be written up or put on corrective action when too many prospects don't show up---will this still be the case? The director will also be written up as being ineffective. Some VP in HR will then shuffle the papers & tell them some baloney about the needed improvement process.
