Oh they won't be open much longer. HSBC ran PHH down in the dirt with the management team. We are paying for HSBC's errors now.

This is true. HSBC and others are pulling their portfolios out from PHH. PHH is cutting all, approx 300 employees from their Williamsville office beginning the end of 2016 through mid 2017.
Oh there will be a TON of them . Look for a new job Cenlar and Freedom both good
