How is the backlog looking there? Have we got some at all for the claims?
And...I wonder what lies ahead for claims against KBR for the issues with the large bore Gathering System and Main Pipeline which feed the Australia Pacific LNG Plant.
Well...there is the potential for big claims against KBR for Gorgon:

All hope lies with AIM.
I have heard a rumor that by next year on the benefits sign in - no more PPO - everything will be HMO.
Time to take my money and RUN.....
R.I.P. ... Simple "we should all be using slide rules" Roy
Yeah right...

Every time when holiday comes along I am reminded that this company doesn't even pay for recognized holidays, let alone reducing PTO significantly. How can we be thankful for this company?
They took my yellow highlighters away and I had to go buy my own crayons.
I am recycling my used toilet paper to send love notes of affection to Stewie.
I'm doing my part to save the company money. /evil grin/
No doubt more downside due to penalties from links to Unaoil in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan as reported in indie (non-mainstream) media.
Friend of mine said that they took away paid holidays company wide. Hard to believe that they are too far away from bankruptcy.
Bankrupt? I doubt it, for reason below:
"HOUSTON – (October 25, 2016) – KBR, Inc. (NYSE: KBR) announced today its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of eight cents ($0.08) per share on the Company's common stock, par value $0.001 per share, to paid on January 13, 2017, to stockholders of record on December 15, 2016"
Pam R. and Bill C. couldnt win a contract if their job depended on it, yet their incompetent selfs are still employed.
Then you got Mr CEO Brady talking to his old buddies over at Worley trying to sell KBR to them.
They are still laying off everyweek
Our department has been doing part time for a few months. Unless you are on billable projects, you can only work half time or 80% time for selected few.
I haven't heard anything about going to 36 hour work weeks, or bankruptcy but I heard the head count was near 470 at the time. Also I heard there will be a change of some sort in the benefits (very little that we do get now)
Last I checked the Houston headcount was down to 450.
VP's still abundant even with no work in the backlog, draining the cash reserves dry... I predict Chapter 11 by December 2016.
Still on track for bankruptcy early 2017, they took our color printer away last week.
