Ha, I am happy to see that the HR employees will be cut as they are no longer needed after working WFR's and EROs for several years now. Good riddance to employees with that group.
Oh and for learning and development, be honest, HPE has not put any real resources into employee development for years. Why would they spend dollars on true education and development for employees they are ultimately going to cut?

4xta, what are you talking about? Earnings announcement date for Q3-16 has been scheduled for Sep-7. That date was announced soon after the quarter ended. Who told you it has changed? Such calls are always 4 to 5 weeks after the end of a Quarter. Nothing new there.
The choice of webcast instead of conference call has been in place for several quarters now. It is nothing new either. Not sure about the motivation for your posting.
so they are moving the earnings announcement out several weeks and making it a webcast vs a conference call I think there will be a lot more Meg and team will reveal.
I already know that I'm on the September "list." Top performer, key US location--just doesn't matter. They have a headcount target to hit and US employees are easy targets.

We all know WFRs are expected to happen until end of October and would not be surprised if it continued until the spin merge is complete. Not loosing sleep over it anymore.

Layoffs or pay cuts?....
I'd be more surprised if there weren't additional layoffs. There have been redundanceis for 27 out of 28 quarters in ITO UK. Redundancies are the norm not the ecception
