This leadership is not competent and has no clear vision for future. Disconnected as they are, with no wish for feedback from clients nor from employees, they do nothing because they are concerned changes will affect their pockets. This way, they keep losing all good experts and the ones who are left stay silent in fear for their jobs. This situation is slowly but inevitably dragging Huron Consulting down.

I hear they are in the midst of a major hiring phase, for the last couple of months at least. I know at least 3 former colleagues of mine where hired and started there in the last month. I have been verbally offered a job, but should I pursue it? Are the benefits and bonus package all that it is cracked up to be? Thanks in advance for your input.
And the interesting part is none of these incompetent leaders lost their jobs. Only employees who voiced their disagreement with leadership were let go. They kept all those who s---ed up and said yes to everything. Just look at the current effort on recruiting....what actual type of personalities they are trying to bring in!
