has large ego.. will interrupt or talk over you..not hesitate take credit for good work..deflect blame for mistakes..avoid hard work , responsibility..dictate rather than listen & understand viewpoints..has no more than basic understanding of work..but try to surface feed enough information to report up and maintain appearance of importance..doesnt realize that his peers and his bosses see through all of it
