Cool people that worked here but shady upper management and horrid structure. Asking for higher quotas to appease stock holders without providing the leads to do so. As someone who came on with experience in sales management, you need to have justification for the goals you are asking for. You can't ask for the same or more units when leads that were promised either aren't delivered or slashed mid month.

Agreed, typical Solarcity trying to squeeze every last drop out of every lead. Terrible management team starting at the Directors up.... Cody Stein is the worst of all.
