Integration teams have evidently offered three scenarios for the Ag company going forward. No word on sites yet but rumors are that ag r&d will be moved to Indiana abandoning Delaware and many scientists. Still no word at all from above, except that, once the merger's completed they will quickly execute only one cut to maximize synergies rather than have multiple layoffs over two years or more. Attrition has been weak until recently starting to tick up. While the EU investigation might offer slight delay, dread permeates the atmosphere more and more as fall approaches. Anybody else hear anything?
