Severance pay

Doe the amount listed on your check stub under severance include the 60 day warn period? Just trying to judge how much I have left

yes, the warn period pay is taken out of your total severance amount. Your severance date is the last day of your warn period. S---s I know.

Weeks that you were paid under the 60 day warn period, will be counted against your total severance weeks. Weird, i know. They said we will pay you for this 60 days, but stay home. Yet they say be available to support operations if they have questions. So, we stay home those 60 days but it counts against us? I believe a good attorney could challenge that. We were Still Employed, but Devon said stay home !!
