I can only imagine the "magic 12" who were kept for the move to FMC have driven their unit to the ground and spent millions of dollars to accomplish nothing. As far as I am concerned there was only one guy out of the lot that had a clue how operations go, and his initials aren't LC.
FTO started as a great opportunity but it quickly became a company ran by people who had no real, tangible, experience. Good thing the pay was great because I made a lot of money off of them.
It's amazing that the dishonest leader of FTO was given a position on the merger team. Amazing but not unexpected given the lack of integrity of our management I suppose.
They spent money like drunk sailors at a stripper club. Kept all those that caused the failure let go everyone who was any good.
Nepotism and no operational experience
FTO is now GTFO. New brand
Urinalysis got a lot of folks?
Company was dissolved. Trying to retain some of the core talent. Creating a Global WIS org. Org chart unknown at this time other than the 12 who were hired today.
They offered 12 people a contract the rest were let go. They are currently at beltway lakes starting today. FTO no longer exists.
