Unfortunately it's a little too late for that. Yesterday was my last day, and it was on my terms. It's sad because this place was really special. Please, don't sit around like ducks. You owe it to your family to be proactive.

"We need talented loyal people". No. You had them and you bent them all over and made them train their f-ing replacements. Held their severances hostage. Some of the greatest people I ever worked with got sold out by a small number of dirtbags for absolutely no reason. And now, that attitude has permeated the entire organization and Fossil is right where is belongs. Swirling it's way down the toilet. Getting my walking papers from a company that at one point I truly loved was the best thing that ever happened to my career.
What a shame if that's the attitude. This explains the share price if the people managing this company are that dilusional.

Fossil can still hire loyal people. It just costs more. What folks are loyal to has changed. The days of sacrificing for the company good are over. The inspirational speeches no longer resonate. I guess the board direction of being a 5billion company because we can did not quite work out.
Greed attracts greed. Btw we still don't see the cost savings and efficiency with the fuel the growth initiative. Another big oops that the global market for smart watches went down 30%.
Which great leader is going to step up and fix all the improvements?

To the misguided person who replied. Fossil management already voted on how they felt about keeping loyal employees. They would rather manage a contract and people who don't ask questions or care to make things better. There is no loyalty at left Fossil. If think different, then you need to wake up. I admire your misplaced enthusiasm, but it is pathetic.
Fossil is dead. I miss the old fossil. People complain all the time..too bad management does not care. Forget human resources. Complain and you are gone. Do yourselves a favor and start looking for a new job where your talents will be truly appreciated and rewarded. Fossil will never be great again.
